The Best Greek Yogurt Chicken Recipe

If you checked out my stories on Instagram Tuesday night I was cooking up one of my go-to recipes. Greek Yogurt Chicken. It comes out juicy, flavorful and delicious! It is also super easy to make and can fit into just about any diet that you are following. The measurements I use are not exact and I always encourage that you season to taste!
Ingredients
4 boneless skinless chicken breasts (or 1 pound of chicken tenders)
1.5 cup Plain Greek Yogurt (You can use any kind but Kalona Supernatural has the lowest carbs)
1/2 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
1 teaspoon seasoning salt
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
Optional: 1 teaspoon ranch seasoning powder & garlic salt
Steps
1 Preheat oven to 375° F. Spray baking dish with non-stick cooking spray.
2 Combine yogurt, Parmesan cheese, and seasonings.
3 Spread over chicken breasts. Bake for 45 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through and topping is browned. Serve immediately.
4 I sometime will broil it for 3-5 mins (I just watch it until browns up) before pulling it out of the oven.
